Executive Search Consultant – Financial Services

What You’ll Get – Executive Search Consultant
- Starting salary £32k, rising to £35k after 6 months
- Quarterly bonuses (OTE £50k)

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Partner closely with senior consultants on executive search projects
- Meet clients and understand hiring requirements
- Research and map markets for board and C-suite talent
- Build candidate shortlists and support selection processes
- Produce market insights and industry reports
- Present findings to internal teams and clients
- Work towards individual and team targets
Who we are looking for – Executive Search Consultant
- 2025 graduate (2:1 or above) who has started a role but wants a more dynamic career path
- Some commercial exposure (internship, placement year, part-time work, or current role)
- Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior professionals
