The Business – Executive Search Consultant
Having worked in Executive Search for over 30 years, this business is one of the best known in London and Hong Kong for CFO hires. They have an impressive client base, with numerous exclusive clients on a repeat basis. They were set up by 2 friends, both top performers of their previous businesses.
You will have direct access to incredible performers, who generate over £1m on an annual basis and can teach you consultative selling, as well as a huge depth of market knowledge. If you’re looking for a challenge, in a supportive and professional environment, then this is it.
The Benefits – Executive Search Consultant
- Starting salary of £32k, increasing to £35k after 6 months
- Annual performance-based bonus, taking your earnings up to £45k in year one

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Meeting with clients to understand their hiring requirements, as well as their sell as a business
- Mapping the candidate market to find prospects which you can then share back with your client
- Working closely with your client to identify their top choice of candidates
- As a team, manage the full process from initial contact of candidate, screening their experience, and walk them through the whole interview process
- Create reports on any projects that you work on – data analysis of feedback, candidate interest, candidate experience, success in interviews etc. for future projects
The Requirements – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated from a top 40 university, with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working with customers or clients – part-time, internships, placement year etc.
- Involvement in university extracurricular activities – sport, societies, etc.
- Confident speaking with a range of high-level individuals
- Eager to learn and upskill in your role
