The Company – Executive Search Consultant
Working across the financial markets, you will have the opportunity to work with global firms within Private Equity, Investment Banks, and Hedge Funds. Your role will involve a range of supporting your senior manager in identifying excellent talent for your clients, researching the trends within the market, and specific mandates the team has worked on, and reporting back to the firm your findings.
This is a dynamic role, where you essentially develop and build your skills in several areas, truly setting you on course to become a real expert within not only Executive Search but also the financial markets.

- Starting salary of £32k, rising to £35k after your probation period
- Quarterly bonus scheme for achieving the target, seeing you earn £55k in your first year

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Attending client briefings and fully understanding the firms and roles on offer
- Researching the financial markets, and getting a grasp on market trends
- Market mapping to find appropriate talent for your clients, creating a longlist to present to them
- Working closely with your client and senior team to approach passive candidates
- Creating reports on processes and any trends you can identify
- Continuously updating the company database with details on previous candidates
- Advising clients on the market conditions, and strategies for hiring moving forward
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Hard working individual, with a background of work experience in a commercial setting
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Confident communicator with a range of high-level individuals
- Ambitious to develop your skills and build a successful career
