The Role – Digital Executive Search Consultant
As a Consultant, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to boards and senior leadership teams. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of digital and tech markets while building relationships at the highest level. Your role will include:
- Becoming a recognised industry specialist in digital & tech leadership
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with global clients and candidates
- Researching and mapping key industry players, spotting market trends before they happen
- Attending and contributing to client meetings, helping shape hiring strategies
- Supporting the business development process through market insights and competitor analysis
- Managing candidate relationships and guiding them through the hiring journey
This is not traditional recruitment; it’s high-level consultancy, where your insights and relationships directly influence the future of businesses.
