Your Role – Executive Search Associate:
As an Executive Search Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, actively sourcing top executives and senior and middle managers. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, matching them with opportunities that fit their career aspirations. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting mandates alongside the head of consulting
- Researching potential candidates and market trends
- Maintaining in-house records
- Managing candidates throughout the process
- Networking extensively
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A university degree
- A driven, ambitious, and self-motivated individual
- A genuine interest in executive search
