- Meeting with clients to outline requirements of hire
- Research on role with further meetings with clients
- Creation of job description
- Market Mapping
- Sourcing and producing a short list of candidates for the role for client
- Undergoing interviews with candidates, negotiating salary with clients
- The integration and onboarding of the new candidate into the company
