We are seeking an Executive Researcher who is intellectually curious, commercially aware, and passionate about leadership search.

- £32,000 base salary + discretionary bonus up to 45% of base salary

The Role – Executive Researcher
- Map markets and identify target organisations and senior talent
- Source and engage executive-level candidates via direct outreach and networks
- Build longlists/shortlists with detailed profiles and research insights
- Support the development of search strategies and client deliverables
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment
- Prepare reports, briefing notes, and talent intelligence summaries
- Track search progress and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Monitor industry trends and leadership movements to inform search work
The Ideal Candidate:
- ABB minimum at A-Level or equivalent
- Top 20 University degree
- Internships/commercial experience highly sort after but not essential
- Career driven
- Confident and excellent communication skills
