The Benefits – Executive Researcher

• Base salary of £32k, rising to £35k after 6 months

• Added quarterly bonus (OTE: £45k)

The Role – Executive Researcher

• Conducting research and developing in-depth industry knowledge through market mapping individuals and companies in the core markets

• Building and maintaining great relationships with your clients

• Creating a strong network of senior talent and being able to identify their strengths

• Preparing client reports to present to your senior team

• Supporting colleagues with their mandates and completing business development as and when it is necessary

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline

• Background in sales is desirable however not essential

• Evidence of strong work ethic through internships/part-time work/placements etc.

• Commercially minded and naturally inquisitive

• Team player

• Articulate and confident interacting with a range of individuals
