The Company – Executive Research Consultant
You will join the firm as an Associate within the Hedge Fund and Private Equity team, the largest and most successful team in the business. The team works with impressive international firms in the UK, US, and Asia, meaning you will have exposure from the get-go to well known organisations.
Over the first two years of your career you will work through a structured training plan, supporting you through learning all you need within the Executive Search industry itself, as well as everything within the Financial space. This will help you well on your way to becoming a true expert in the market.

- 1 day per week WFH, as well as flexible working hours available (as long as you work the core hours of 10-4)
The Role
- Sitting in on briefing meetings with your clients and understanding them as a business, and the role they need filling
- Researching potential candidates whilst mapping the market and understanding the top firms in that specific area
- Reaching out to candidates and pitching the role
- Researching and keeping up to date with market trends
- Assisting your senior manager in the interview process
- Creating reports throughout and following the process
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated with a 2:1 in any discipline
- Experience working in a commercial environment
- Desire to build a long-term career for yourself
- Confident and articulate when speaking with a range of individuals
- Drive to be successful in the role
