Our client specialises in placing Managing Director level and C-Suite candidates around the world, working closely with firms in New York, LA, Dubai, and Singapore. With this comes regular client meetings all around the globe, and industry exposure to some of the world’s top executives.
You would be working to place these top executives who are on salaries between £1,000,000-3,000,000. And, as a recruiter within this space, the higher their salary the bigger your commission… interested? Read on!

- OTE (on targeted earnings) of £45,000-55,000 in your first year!

What your role will involve…
- Mapping the market and gathering market intel for clients
- Conducting business development through cold calling, holding networking events, and liaising with senior-level executives
- Approaching passive and active candidates to assess their suitability for new opportunities
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with leaders of some of the worlds biggest companies
- Consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs and targets
The requirments:
- Degree in any discipline OR relevant sales experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Resilient nature – the job of a recruiter can be difficult, you need to be able to bounce back from knockbacks
- A personable nature
