We are after individuals that have had experience in relevant sales roles to join our clients as a recruitment consultant within the financial sector. They are after the transferable skills learnt in these roles to facilitate the growth of an individual’s career progression, providing them with all the correct opportunities to do so.
The company – Entry Level Trainee Recruitment Consultant
In the heart of London, our client, who are firm believers in work hard play hard, are after 3-4 Entry Level recruitment consultants to join their team. The care of their staff is important to them, which is backed up by their employee longevity.
The impact COVID-19 had on the working world has caused a shift in the rate of employees working from home. This business understands the importance of change and improving the quality of the working environment for staff, hence the opportunities available to WFH. Upon completing initial training up to three days a week can be from home, with a minimum of two days in the office.

- £27k base salary, with OTE in your first year £65k+!!

The role – Entry Level Trainee Recruitment Consultant
While the day-to-day role of a recruitment consultant within the financial sector can vary greatly you can expect to:
- Cold-calling potential candidates
- Networking with clients and candidates to enhance your establishment in the sector
- Interviewing potential candidates and helping them through the various stages of interviews form our clients
- Research into your market to become an expert
The ideal candidate – Entry Level Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sales or relevant experience, B2B experience would be beneficial but not necessary due to training provided
