The Role – Entry Level Recruitment Consultant
The role of a Recruitment Consultant offers the chance for the right candidate to progress at a rapid pace – you don’t even need recruitment experience what the client is really after is a person who has integrity, sincerity and has a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Your normal workday will consist of:
– Resourcing candidates
– Prepping them for interview
– Producing adverts for job positions
– Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Salary:
- Year 1 £25K base, OTE £45K+
- Year 2 £35K base OTE £60k+
- Year 3 £45K base OTE £100k+
