The Role – Entry Level Recruitment Consultant – Graduate
- Business development – aka winning new business
- Sourcing candidates for your clients
- Headhunting via LinkedIn
- Advertising on job boards
- Networking to source
- Using the internal database to find potential candidates
- Screening via a phone or video call to assess their suitability
- Shortlisting candidates in line with your client’s requirements
- Managing the relationship between your client and candidate
- Negotiating on behalf of your candidate to secure them the best possible package
- Securing a deal and make commission!

- £25K starting salary, + uncapped commission + monthly bonus

The Requirements – Entry Level Recruitment Consultant – Graduate
Due to the nature of the SAP Technology market, individuals need to be able to work well under pressure and have an interest in Technology. Other requirements include;
- University degree 2:2 or above from a top 100 university
- Excellent work ethic demonstrated by previous work experience
- ie worked on holidays from university / during term time
- Strong interpersonal skills/ability to quickly build rapport
- Financial drive
