My client is currently looking for an experienced Director of Tech to join their team and help, build out the desk, drive client relations, win new business and push progression within the company.
If you are a Director or Associate Director and your company is not satisfying your desired growth or career progression, or simply is not remunerating you in a competitive way – then this could be the perfect role for you.

Benefits:
- Base Salary – £80K – £90K DOE.
- Commission – up to 40%.
- You would be joining the team as a Director of Tech recruitment where you would focus the team on delivering into both the UK and European markets of Tech Recruitment. You would oversee building up an already warm desk as well.
- There is a base salary of between £80-90k however this is heavily dependent on experience and could stretch quite a lot higher for the correct Associate Director or Director.
The Team you would be joining:
- You would be joining a team of experienced consultants who would be delivering into you.
- Working within multiple markets across the UK and Europe.
- Recent acquisition of GmbH license to operate in the German.
- Top 10 billers in company are doing over £300k.
- 55% of the consultant base are doing over £200k after 12 months.
- Top biller last year doing over half a million in fees.
- Operating within the SAAS sales force, Product Agile Delivery and Software Engineering.
