A growing South West London-based agency is continuing its growth after a series of record-breaking months. This opportunity is suitable for ambitious, hungry salespeople/recruiters wanting to move to a niche sector and benefit from learning from two highly experienced recruiters & deliver into an extensive client base. This business is so niche they have no direct competitors!
Day to day responsibilities
Client-side:
- Generate revenue in line with agreed targets
- Build awareness of the business in the marketplace through digital communications using social media
- Become an expert in Cloud & IT Infrastructure
- Managing the advertisement of vacancies
- Deliver excellent experiences for clients
Candidate:
- Build awareness of the business in the marketplace through digital communications and digital marketing
- Build a personal brand and reputation with candidates
- Develop and own a process that generates a sufficient pool of candidates to place
- Headhunting potential candidates
- Interviewing & assessing prospective applicants and matching them with client vacancies
- Developing a consistently excellent candidate experience
- Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
- Organizing interviews and/or selection events
- Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
- Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates
- Developing strong relationships with candidates
