The Company – Associate Researcher
Our client is a top boutique executive search firm that focuses primarily on Hedge Funds and Investment Banks across the US and Asia. They will offer you the chance to travel to meet with clients, and truly soak up all the industry has to offer.
You will receive the best support on the market, with a 6 months training plan set out by experts within the field, which will help you build the skills needed to become successful within the role.

The Role – Associate Researcher
- Researching the financial markets and gaining a strong understanding of the top players
- Meeting with clients and learning what they’re looking for in potential hires
- Mapping the market to find the best talent for your clients
- Working closely with your senior consultant through the interview process
- Creating reports on the process, as well as market insights/ trends
- Eventually conducting business development to win new retainers
- Working towards individual targets
- Continuously updating the company database
The Ideal Candidate – Associate Researcher
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Worked alongside education part-time, internships, placement year etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercially inquisitive and with a desire to learn
- Ambitious and looking for a long career
- Confident speaking with Board and C-Suite individuals
