Our client our searching for an enthusiastic individual to join their growing team as an Associate Researcher.
The Company – Associate Researcher – Executive Search
RULE Recruitment has partnered with an established Executive Search firm that provides consultancy and exceptional talent for Hedge Funds and Investment Banks. The founders are ex-industry professionals, so they have an established network and in-depth market knowledge. They have just taken on a very new exciting project which means their workload has tripled, so they are now looking to add another person to the team. An average fee in the business is around £500,000 across retained and exclusive projects. They have offices in New York, London and Singapore, offering freedom for individuals to move between them all. They are a very collaborative business, with no micromanagement or KPIs.
The Job – Associate Researcher – Executive Search
- Identifying and sourcing new candidates using various methods – such as headhunting on LinkedIn and utilising their database
- Conducting an initial screening call with new candidates to assess their experience
- Staying up to date with news across Buy-side and Sell-side institutions
- Building out a name within the Financial Services space
- Supporting Partners with new projects that come in
The Ideal Candidate – Associate Researcher – Executive Search
- 6 months+ – 3 years recruitment experience from contingent or search background
- ABB minimum at A Level
- University Degree from a Russell Group University (2:1 / 1st)
- An interest in Financial Services
- An outgoing and sociable individual
- A self-motivated individual who can take initiative and is inquisitive
