The Company: Associate Researcher
A boutique firm with a strong international presence: this executive search firm is operating out of London, Houston, Miami and are looking to grow their team even more! There are quarterly trips to the Miami office, so take your career intercontinental!
The firm specialises in the Energy, Industrials, Automotive and Finance sectors: you can have in-person contact and build relationships with high-ranking professionals in the Private Equity and Hedge Funds world!

The Benefits: Associate Researcher
- Base salary £30k+, and quarterly bonuses up to £15k
- Opportunity to be promoted within your first year to Senior Associate where you can manage full sale cycles
- Fly out to the Miami up to 4 times a year, and opportunity to relocate in future
- Quarterly bonuses, performance bonuses, and a commission structure going up to 50%; there are so many ways to make a lot of money
- Learn quickly through access to senior leaders in the business, and also to your colleagues in the US
- Opportunity to have 1 day WFH per week
- Monthly socials including lunch clubs, dinners, Paddle Boarding, as well as monthly celebrations
The Role: Associate Researcher
- Mapping the market to recognise potential candidates to fill your roles
- Become an expert in your market, and work in a consultative way
- Prepare research reports for clients
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting on social platforms, speaking with your network, and advertising
- Interviewing and screening potential candidates for your clients
- Once promoted, originating your own work and doing business development to win new clients and accounts
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree educated in research-heavy degrees
- Mature and collaborative worker
- Analytical way of working, and the ability to put together research reports
- Being into sports is a bonus!
- High work ethic and great communication skills
