The role – Associate Recruitment Consultant
- Research, learn and expand your network within your specific niche
- Market research: Map and research aspects of the market space for existing clients
- Lead generation
- Business development: Using warm leads, reach out to potential new clients and pitch your services
- Headhunting
- Maintain and nourish relationships with clients and candidates

- A recent graduate from a top university with a 2.1 or above in any discipline or someone with commercial experience
