Change and Transformation- Associate Director – £70k-£90k
We are currently looking for an Associate Director, focusing on hires within the Change and Transformation sector, across U.K. and Europe.
This is for a market leading recruitment agency based in Central London, looking to expand their headcount before they sell in 3 years.
The Firm
- Looking for an Associate Director to head up the financial Change and Transformation desk
- Currently at around 80 heads overall, with the Change and Transformation desk containing 8 employees ranging from associate consultant – managing consultant
- Average billings between £600k-800k across the board. Top biller did £1.6mil last year
- Sensible hybrid approach. Most people work 2/3 days from home per week
As an Associate Director Within Change and Transformation, you will oversee the teams within your sector, and report to the partners and CEO.
Role of an Associate Director
- Overseeing a team of 8. Last year billed £3.5mil
- Overseeing both contract and perm billers
- Work to maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Assist managers and consultants with progression paths and development
- This is an active billing role
Benefits Include
- Base salary between £70k-£90k DOE
- Commission up to 40%.

What background does an Associate Director within Change and Transformation need?
You will need direct experience, and proven billings and network within the Change and Transformation sector. Experience overseeing managers is preferable. You will need to be able to fit in with a highly determined team, focusing on growing the business to be the best in their sector.
