The US recruitment market offers some of the highest fees in the industry, meaning exceptional earning potential. Graduates regularly earn £70,000+ in their first year, progress into management within three years, and top performers have exceeded £250,000 by year three.

The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build relationships with clients and candidates across the US technology market.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from interview to offer
- Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships
- Building your own specialist market
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to clients across the US
What We’re Looking For
- Degree educated (2:1 preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly ambitious with a strong work ethic
- Resilient, competitive and commercially driven
- Previous sales, hospitality, retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous
- Motivated by progression and uncapped earning potential
