They are now hiring ambitious Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding London team.

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the tech sector, building relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview top tech talent
• Build and manage client relationships
• Understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process
• Develop new business opportunities
• Provide a high-quality candidate and client experience

Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 2025 or 2026 graduate (all degrees considered)
• Previous commercial experience (sales, customer service, account management, or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, target-driven, and financially motivated
• Resilient and organised in a fast-paced environment
• High emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability
