What Will You Be Doing? Graduate Recruitment

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for banking and financial services roles
• Build your own network of candidates and industry contacts
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Develop an in-depth understanding of your specialist banking market
