The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the full recruitment process while working with some of the most exciting companies in the technology sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking and headhunting
- Building relationships with talented professionals within the technology market
- Speaking with candidates to understand their career goals and experience
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements
- Conducting market research into technology trends, salaries and candidate availability
- Supporting business development activities and identifying new opportunities
This is a fast-paced, people-focused graduate role where you’ll develop valuable sales, communication and commercial skills.
