The Role – Trainee Executive Search Consultant
As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, you’ll learn how to deliver high-level Executive Search projects while working closely with experienced consultants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching markets and identifying senior executive talent
- Headhunting C-suite and leadership professionals across multiple industries
- Mapping competitors and analysing market trends
- Speaking with senior candidates and assessing leadership potential
- Supporting client meetings and contributing to search strategy
- Building long-term relationships with executives and business leaders
- Managing executive search assignments from briefing through to placement
This is a research-led, relationship-driven graduate role where you’ll combine commercial thinking with strategic problem-solving.

- Graduating in 2025 (2024 graduates also encouraged to apply)
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Naturally curious with strong analytical ability
- Competitive mindset through sport, leadership, societies or work experience
