The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build relationships with clients and candidates while learning the full recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing engaging job adverts and attracting top talent
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, job boards and networking
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the recruitment process
- Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Working towards targets while earning uncapped commission
This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role where your effort directly impacts your earnings.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree educated (or 6+ months’ sales experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident speaking to new people
- Ambitious and career-driven
- Competitive mindset (sport, societies, retail or hospitality experience is a bonus)
- Resilient with a positive attitude
- Looking for a long-term career with excellent earning potential
Salary & Benefits
