What We’re Looking For
- Degree educated (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
- Resilient with a positive attitude towards challenges
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A desire to build a long-term career in recruitment and consulting
Previous experience in sales, customer service, sport, leadership positions, or other target-driven environments is advantageous but not essential.
The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source and engage high-calibre professionals across specialist markets
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Conduct market mapping, research, and talent identification projects
- Manage recruitment processes from initial contact through to successful placement
- Develop expertise within your chosen sector and become a trusted market specialist
- Support business development activities and client growth initiatives
- Negotiate offers and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle
