The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will receive industry-leading recruitment training and ongoing support throughout your career. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will develop expertise in candidate sourcing, business development, client management, and financial services recruitment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates through advertising platforms, databases, referrals, and networking
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate qualification through to placement
- Building relationships with investment banking, private equity, and financial services professionals
- Attending client meetings to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies
- Conducting market research and industry mapping
- Developing your professional network and personal brand
- Writing engaging job adverts and recruitment marketing content
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process
