The Role – Graduate Recruitment
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing a consultative approach to recruitment and hiring solutions
- Proactively generating new business through business development
- Conducting telesales calls to introduce services and win new clients
- Acting as a researcher within the AI and technology market to identify top talent
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to placement
- Negotiating offers and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the process
- Working towards targets in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills – confident speaking with people, both on the phone and face-to-face
- Relationship building ability – able to quickly build rapport with clients and candidates
- Sales mindset and resilience – comfortable working towards targets and handling rejection
- Organisation and time management – able to manage multiple tasks, candidates and roles at once
- Some customer-facing experience – such as retail, hospitality, telesales, internships or part-time work demonstrating work ethic and people skills
