What You’ll Be Doing – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
From day one you’ll receive structured training whilst working alongside experienced consultants who are experts in their markets.
You’ll learn how to:
- Build relationships with senior candidates and industry leaders
- Partner with global clean energy businesses on critical hiring projects
- Source and headhunt exceptional talent
- Manage interview processes from start to finish
- Develop your own specialist market and personal brand
- Negotiate offers and manage complex recruitment processes
- Generate new business opportunities and grow long-term client partnerships

What We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We’re looking for ambitious individuals with the attitude to succeed rather than previous recruitment experience.
You’ll likely have:
- A degree (2:1 preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- A competitive mindset through sport, academics, societies or previous work
- Confidence speaking with professionals over the phone
- Commercial awareness and curiosity
- Strong resilience and determination
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career
