The role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish while building relationships with clients and candidates across the financial markets sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates
- Headhunting through social media platforms and other recruitment platforms
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process through to offer and placement
- Negotiating salaries and offers
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing your own client portfolio over time
