The Role – Graduate Executive Search Consultant
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will work alongside experienced consultants on senior-level searches, identifying exceptional candidates and building relationships across the financial markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research and talent mapping within investment banking and finance
- Identifying and approaching high-performing professionals
- Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the search process
- Supporting senior consultants on client mandates
- Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients
- Managing candidate engagement through interviews and offer stages
- Developing a deep understanding of financial markets and industry trends
- Delivering a professional and discreet service to clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For

You will have:
- A minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Commercial awareness and a desire to work in financial services
- The confidence to engage with senior professionals
- A resilient, ambitious and driven mindset
- The ability to learn quickly in a high-performance environment
Previous commercial or professional experience is beneficial but not essential.
