The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses hire exceptional talent while building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
- Identifying and sourcing high-calibre professionals
- Becoming a market expert within quantitative finance and technology
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to successful placement
- Providing clients with market insights and recruitment advice
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
About You – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We’re looking for ambitious graduates who are ready to start their careers in 2026.
You’ll ideally have:
