What You’ll Be Doing – Trainee Recruitment
- Building relationships with senior professionals across Investment Banking, Private Equity and Financial Services
- Supporting clients on high-profile executive search mandates
- Identifying and engaging exceptional talent through market mapping and research
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability for opportunities
- Managing candidate processes from initial conversation through to offer stage
- Developing market knowledge and becoming a specialist within your sector
- Working closely with Directors and Partners on retained search assignments
What We’re Looking For – Graduate Recruitment
- A recent graduate with a strong academic background
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and an interest in Financial Services and Private Equity
- Highly ambitious, driven and motivated by success
- Resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop
- Previous sales, customer-facing or commercial experience is advantageous but not essential
