The Opportunity – Trainee Researcher
From day one, you’ll learn how to identify, engage and attract some of the most sought-after legal professionals in the market.
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, learning how to headhunt senior lawyers, manage complex recruitment processes and build relationships with candidates earning six and seven-figure compensation packages.
You’ll gain exposure to:

What You’ll Be Doing – Graduate Trainee
- Headhunting and engaging legal professionals across multiple practice areas
- Building relationships with Associates, Counsel, Partners and senior legal leaders
- Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor research
- Managing recruitment processes from initial contact through to offer and placement
- Supporting senior consultants on retained and exclusive searches
- Developing your own network within the legal sector
- Working with leading international law firms across key global markets
