What You’ll Be Doing – Trainee Recruitment
- Building relationships with exceptional candidates across hedge funds, private equity and financial markets
- Supporting and managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer stage
- Engaging directly with senior decision-makers and C-suite clients
- Conducting market research and talent mapping within specialist financial sectors
- Developing your own network of candidates and clients
- Learning how to manage high-value recruitment assignments and executive search projects
- Working towards becoming a fully-fledged consultant with responsibility for your own client portfolio
