What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates through networking, headhunting, and market research.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage.
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessments.
- Developing expertise within a specialist market sector.
- Negotiating offers and helping candidates progress their careers.
- Building your own client and candidate network over time.
What We’re Looking For – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated (all disciplines considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated.
- Resilient and comfortable working towards targets.
- Commercially aware with an interest in sales, business, or recruitment.
- Eager to learn and develop in a professional environment.
No recruitment experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
