The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Building out a specialist market across areas such as Quant Trading, Technology, Commodities or Portfolio Management
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to offer management
  • Networking with some of the top talent within global financial markets
  • Working closely with senior decision-makers and developing long-term client relationships
  • Headhunting highly sought-after candidates within niche, competitive markets
  • Learning directly from founders and top billers on how to build a £1m+ desk
  • Becoming a true market specialist through deep industry and client knowledge
  • Working on retained and exclusive mandates with leading buy-side firms
  • Driving revenue through high-fee, high-margin placements in a fast-paced market

 The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 2:1 or above
• Strong A-Levels
• Sales experience a massive plus
• Naturally proactive with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Resilient, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident speaking with senior professionals and clients
