- Starting salary of £28,000, increasing to £30,000 after 6 months
- Year 1 OTE of £55,000+
- Year 2 OTE of £70,000+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is a highly commercial role that combines sales, relationship building, and market expertise.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients within the technology sector
- Identifying and engaging top talent through networking, referrals, social media, and job boards
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
- Managing recruitment processes from initial contact through to offer stage
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Advising clients on hiring strategies and market trends
- Supporting candidates throughout the onboarding process
