Introduction – Trainee Consultant
We are a well-established recruitment business with a strong presence across the US market, specialising in highly technical areas including Risk, Quant, Legal, and Cyber recruitment. Following significant expansion in the US last year, we are continuing to invest in our Risk & Quant division and are looking for an ambitious graduate to join the team.

You’ll initially work closely with senior consultants, learning the market, sourcing top-tier talent, and building your expertise before gradually taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle.
The Role:
Initially, this will be a resourcing-focused role where you will:
- Work closely with senior consultants on live US-based Risk & Quant assignments
- Source and engage candidates through headhunting and market research
- Build candidate relationships and manage registrations
- Develop a deep understanding of specialist financial markets
- Learn the full recruitment process with a view to progressing into a 360 consultant role
Over time, you’ll transition into managing your own recruitment processes, client relationships, and business development activities.

Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential, around 6 months of commercial or sales experience would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: £28,000
- OTE: £45,000+ in year one
- 25 days holiday plus additional half-day benefits
