Job Role:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions based on client or employer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and career goals.
- Advertise job vacancies, search databases, and use networking platforms to attract suitable talent.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and support salary negotiations between employers and candidates.
- Monitor hiring trends and advise clients on market conditions, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
