You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, run full recruitment processes, and learn directly from founders with 30+ years’ combined experience. The team is small, tight-knit, and growing fast: you will get immediate client exposure, hands-on training, and commission from day one.

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Build expertise in the Tech market
• Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Identify top talent and engage candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Prepare candidates, negotiate offers, and close high-value deals

• £27k base + uncapped commission (up to 40%)
• OTE £50k in year 1
