The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Become a specialist within the Financial Services, specifically Investment Banking and Hedge Funds
- Headhunting, cold calling, networking
- Business development – source clients to work with
- Negotiate terms and deals with them
- Find strong professionals to join your clients company
- Make deals, get commission and reward yourself!!
The Perks – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 28k base with an increase to 30k after promotion
- OTE – Year 1 = 50k

- Degree educated – ideally a 2:1 or above
- Salesy mindset with the ability to negotiate confidently
