An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Executive Search and Board Advisory firm based in Central London.
Established in 2004, this boutique search firm has an exceptional reputation within board-level hiring, having placed 20% of the current FTSE 50 Chairs. Their client base includes global brands such as Coca-Cola, Rolls-Royce, Vodafone, Fiat, and HSBC.

The Role – Executive Search Researcher
Working alongside experienced Consultants and Partners, you will support senior-level search projects across a range of industries.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending client meetings and briefing calls
- Conducting market mapping and competitor analysis
- Headhunting senior professionals through LinkedIn and networking
- Assessing candidate suitability and motivations
- Producing candidate longlists and shortlists
- Coordinating interview processes and managing feedback
- Supporting offer negotiations
- Providing clients with market insights and talent intelligence

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A 2:1 or 1st class degree from a Top 40 university
- Minimum AAB at A-Level (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and ambition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional work experience (preferred)
- Fluency in German or Dutch (advantageous)
