The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is all about matching the right people with the right opportunities. You’ll learn how to:
- Define job requirements and understand what clients need
- Source candidates through platforms, networks, and referrals
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable talent
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Manage the selection process from start to finish
- Present offers and guide negotiations
- Support new hires through onboarding
You’ll build relationships, manage the full recruitment cycle, and play a key role in helping businesses grow all while developing a valuable commercial skillset.
Who We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Graduates or individuals with proven sales experience
- Hard-working, ambitious, and motivated by results
- Financially driven with a strong desire to succeed
