The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
From day one, you’ll receive hands on training:
- Making outbound calls, connecting with clients and candidates, and handling objections confidently
- Guiding candidates through the full hiring journey with expert advice
- Sitting in on client meeting to understand their hiring needs
- Researching your niche market to become a specialist in your tech vertical
What We’re Looking For? – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Financially driven-you want to earn big and you’re ready to work for it
- Competitive mindset- sports background is a huge plus
- Degree OR previous sales experience
- Strong communicator – you build rapport quickly and can maintain long-term relationships
