The Company: Executive Search Consultant
Work for a leading global executive search firm partnering with top organisations across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. The firm specialises in Investment Banking, Infrastructure & Energy, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds, offering broad exposure and diverse career pathways.
Over the first 12 months, you will gain hands-on experience across these sectors before specialising in their chosen area. Dedicated 1-to-1 training is provided by an experienced partner, equipping individuals with the skills needed to succeed in executive search. The Package: Executive Search Consultant
- £36,000 base salary + £50,000 OTE (bonuses up to 70%)

The Role: Executive Search Consultant
- Support client briefs and understand hiring needs
- Conduct market research and mapping
- Source, assess, and manage high-level candidates
- Present shortlists and support offer negotiations
Who We Are Looking For: Executive Search Consultant
- 2:1 degree or above
- Strong commercial awareness (internships/work experience)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ambitious, driven, and proactive
