What You’ll Get: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27K base (rising to £30K after 6 months)
- £55K OTE in year 1, £70K+ in year 2

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Learn the full recruitment lifecycle
- Work with clients to understand hiring needs
- Research markets and identify top talent
- Source, screen, and manage candidates
- Support interviews, shortlisting, and offer negotiation
