From day one, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and gain insight into how successful recruiters operate at a high level.

What You’ll Be Doing – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll act as the link between clients and candidates in the legal market. Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Build relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Source and speak with high-quality candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Develop knowledge within a specific legal niche
