They are looking for 4 new consultants to come and join their team, where they will train them to be some of the best recruiters in the market.
The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary, increasing to £32k after promotion
- 45% commission structure
- OTE Year 1 of £60k

The Perfect Profile – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 or above from a Redbrick University
- Minimum BBB at A Level
- Personable
- Confident
- Sales skills
- Financially driven
- Sports background
The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Bring on new business by negotiating with potential clients and explaining your expertise
- Understand the profile they are looking for in a new employee
- Outreach candidates through cold calling, networking and messaging
- Organise interviews and take them through the process
- Get them an offer and make some commission!
